SSL-VPN for macOS Tahoe(26) (2025.11.19)

SSL-VPN software distributed by J-PARC is now available for use on macOS Tahoe(26).

End of support for macOS Ventura(13) (2025.11.19)

Support of macOS Ventura(13) are no longer provided by manufacturer.
Currently distributed client software is also not supported for OS described above.
macOS Sonoma(14) and after versions are available.

Microsoft Windows 10 is no longer available for SSL-VPN connection (2025.10.15)

Including devices with extended security updates(ESU) applied, since the compliance check cannot distinguish them.

SSL-VPN for Ubuntu 24.04 (2025.09.04)

SSL-VPN software distributed by J-PARC is now available for use on Ubuntu 24.04.
A "repository" must be added on Ubuntu 24.04. Please refer to the Manual.

End of support for Ubuntu 20.04LTS (2025.06.01)

Support of Ubuntu 20.04LTS are no longer provided by manufacturer.
Currently distributed client software is also not supported for OS described above.

Incremental Supported Anti-Virus Softwares (2025.11.27)

Some supported Anti-Virus Softwares has been added.

Gatekeeper and Xprotect built into macOS do not pass compliance check because they are not approved as anti-virus software in J-PARC.
Be sure to install other anti-virus software.

- Details of trouble
- Date and Time of when trouble occurred
- Login-ID
- OS / Version ( ex. Windows 11 pro, macOS 15)
- Browser / Version ( ex. Safari 16.1, Firefox ESR 115.5.0)
- Anti-Virus Software / Version ( ex. WithSecure 16.00 (Windows), WithSecure 16.01 (macOS) )
