2025/01/30 2024年度の旅費申請締め切りと年度をまたぐ宿泊予約・旅費申請方法について [ENGLISH]
◇ 2024年度の旅費申請締切日は 2025/2/21 (金) です。
◇ 年度をまたぐ宿泊予約・旅費申請方法について
- 宿泊・旅費は年度ごとの申請が必要です。
- 2024年度用務 宿泊申請:3/31チェックイン分まで・旅費申請:3/31まで
- 2025年度用務 宿泊申請：4/1チェックイン分から・旅費申請：4/1から
年度末及び年度をまたぐ宿泊予約を行う際は注意点があります。また、KEKからの旅費支給を受ける場合についても、申請する際に気を付けることがあります。
年度末～年度初めの宿泊申請・旅費申請方法を読んで申請を進めてください。
また、2024年度の滞在期間中(～3月)から2025年度(4月～)にかけて連続して入構をされる方は、年度更新手続きを必ず実施してください。詳細のページへ〔2025.2.17〕。
2025/01/30 Business travel and Dormitory reservation in March & April and Application deadline for travel expenses in JFY 2024
Application deadline for travel expenses in JFY 2024 is Friday 21st Feburuary 2025.
To book a dormitory/lodging reservations and apply for travel expenses
that cross over from one fiscal year to the next follow:
-Travel expenses and accommodation booking must be applied separately for JFY 2024 and JFY 2025.
-JFY 2024 Travel expenses: until March 31, Accommodation booking: until
check in 31st March
-JFY 2025 Travel expenses: from April 1, Accommodation booking: from check
in 1st April
Please read instruction, and make an accommodation booking and/or apply for travel expenses.

For those who will be entering J-PARC campus consecutively from the period of stay in FY2024 (until March) to FY2025 (from April), please be sure to follow the anual renewal procedures (17 Feb 2025). Please strictly observe the deadlines.
