2024/04/12 令和6年度GW期間中のユーザーズオフィス窓口他の対応について
GW期間中はJ-PARCは運転予定ですが、GW期間中におけるユーザーへの各種サービスは下表のとおりです。
GW期間：4月27日(土)～5月6日(月)
※4月30日(火)～5月2日(木)は平日のため通常通りの業務を行います。
上記期間中にJ-PARCへ入構を希望する方は、次の通り期限までに入構申請を行ってください。
今年度初回入構者は２週間前までに入構申請や安全教育の予約を取ってください。また、今年度2回目以降の入構者は3営業日前までに申請を完了してください。
＜ご注意ください＞上記期間を過ぎて申請があった場合、ご希望通りに入構できないこともありますので予めご了承ください。
必要な提出物等
① 今年度初回入構者
期限：２週間前まで
提出：入構申込書、Visit Proposal、認定登録依頼書、オンライン教育動画の視聴、安全教育受講の予約
② 今年度2回目以降の入構者
期限：3営業日前まで
提出：入構申込書、Visit Proposal

2024/04/12 Golden Week 2024
J-PARC is scheduled to operate during Golden Week, and the various services provided to users during Golden Week are shown in the table below.
Golden Week period: April 27th (Sat) - May 6th (Mon)
April 30th (Tuesday) to May 2nd (Thursday) are weekdays, so Users Office
staff is on duty.
If you wish to enter J-PARC during the above period, please request for application to visit J-PARC by the deadline below.
If you are entering J-PARC for the first time this Fiscal Year, please apply for entry and make a reservation for safety training at least two weeks in advance. If you are planning to enter the site for the second time or later this fiscal year, must apply at least 3 business days in
advance.
[Note] Please note that if you apply after the above due date, you may not be able to enter J-PARC as requested.

① For those visiting for the first time this fiscal year

Visit Proposal, Radiation worker registration form, online safety training video, and reservation for safety training on the day
②Those who are enrolling for the second time this year or later
Deadline: Until 3 business days in advance
