2015/9/29 時間外に到着する方の受付所が変わります(試行開始)
対象者：ユーザーズオフィス業務時間外(平日17:00-翌9:00、土日祝日)に到着する方
2015年10月より時間外の受付所の場所が正門守衛所から東海ドミトリーフロントへ変更となります。
なお、時間外に入構を希望する場合は次の通り、事前申請が必要です。
入構希望日の3営業日前までに、J-PARC入構申込書を提出してください。ユーザーズオフィスが受理しますとe-mailにてご連絡します。
2015/9/29 Changing of Information desk during after Users Office hours (Trial run)
For who arrive outside Users Office hours (5:00pm-9:00am weekdays, Saturday, Sunday and national holidays)
Receiving place upon arrival changes to Tokai Dormitory from JAEA Main Gate from 1st Oct., 2015.
New Information desk during after Users Office hours is Tokai Dormitory.
Please note that you will not be allowed to enter the site without performing advanced procedures ahead of 3 business days prior to your visiting. When your application is approved, Users Office sends a confirmation e-mail.
When you enter the J-PARC Site please show your User ID card to the guards.
