2025/02/21 安全教育を完全オンライン化します（2025年4月開始予定） [ENGLISH]
2025年度より、J-PARC入構に必要な安全教育は完全にオンライン化いたします。
これによりユーザーの皆様は入構前に必要な教育を受講完了していただくことが可能となり、ご到着後すぐに物品を受領し、実験施設へと移動することが可能となります。詳細は以下の通りです。
開始日：2025年4月 （予定）
対象：利用者支援システム、J-PARCポータルを利用するすべてのユーザー
[変更前]：施設教育のビデオのみが視聴できました。また到着後に理解度確認テストや放射線安全教育を受講していただいておりました。
[変更後]：施設教育と放射線安全教育の両方について、ビデオの視聴と「理解度テスト」の両方をオンラインで完了することが出来ます。
新しい受講方法は次の通りです。
《１．実施方法》
利用者支援システム又はJ-PARCポータルにログインし安全教育を受講してください。
ご自身のページに表示されている安全教育が受講対象科目となります。
ビデオ視聴と理解度確認テストは分けて受講が可能です。
《２．受講期限》
入構する３業務日前までには、確認テストを含む全ての必要な教育の受講を完了してください。
ただし、システム停止期間がある場合などは、それよりも前に受講を完了する必要があります。
《3．留意事項》
・ログインは必ず入構するユーザーご本人が行ってください。本人以外の第3者が受講したとみなされる行為が発見された際は、当該ユーザーのJ-PARC入構をお断りします。
・運用開始以降は、原則としてユーザーズオフィスや夜間・休日の受講は実施いたしません。
2025/02/21 Online safety course replaces to full contents (Scheduled to start in April 2025)
In April FY2025, all safety training courses will be switched to fully online.
All necessary courses are able to complete before visiting at J-PARC,
as a result, users will be able to have a quick access. Upon arrival they can pick up supplies and move into experiment facilities.
Details are below.
Scheduled Start from April 2025 (date of start: TBD)
Subjected to all users who use the User Support System and J-PARC Portal
Before: Specialized only for watching facility videos.
After changing: Not only for the facility videos but also the J-PARC radiation safety training video and comprehensive quizzes for both.
Implementation details, as follows.
1.To attend safety courses, log in to the User Support System or J-PARC Portal to complete safety courses. Necessary safety training courses are indicated on your portal page. Video and comprehensive quizzes are able to be completed separately.
2.To complete all necessary courses by deadline, video and comprehensive quiz must have been completed by 3 business days of your arrival date. However, when there is a system shutdown, it may be earlier than the above number of days.
3.Other notifications:
-The person himself/herself must log in. If there is any behavior that suggests that a third party other than
the user has taken the course, the user will be refused entry to J-PARC.
-Generally, safety training courses at Users Office and Night/Weekend/Holiday
will not be offered, after this is implemented.
