Announcement of the Results of "J-PARC Photo Walk 2025"

  We are pleased to announce the results of the "J-PARC Photo Walk 2025," held on July 19.
  This event was organized as part of the Global Physics Photowalk, a collaborative project among 15 research institutions around the world.
  The three winning photos will represent J-PARC in the international online voting, alongside winningentries from other participating laboratories. We encourage everyone to takepart in the global voting as well.
  Congratulations to all the winners, and thank you to everyone who submitted entries.

  A cavity dug to a depth of 33.5 meters is something rarely seen, and I thought it would be nice if I could represent that depth in a single image.
  (This was created by combining multiple photographs taken from different angles of elevation and depression.)

  As I descended into the underground chamber where a colossal magnet lay, my eyes were seized by the shimmer of metal and the vivid weave of cables in every hue. The scene unfolded with the elegance of a department store's show window, yet carried a strength that seemed to gift us with radiant hope for the future.
