PassLogic Password

The authentication system of the SSL-VPN system is PassLogic which is the authentication system using one-time password.

The password consists of PIN (fixed characters) and image password (location in the matrix).

Initial-password

The initial-password is sent you as follows;

An initial-password is configured Image-password and PIN.

Eight numbers in Image-password indicate positions and order to choose displayed number in the matrix.

For example, if you received a password (Image-password and PIN) shown in the above square and you got a matrix shown in the below page, your initial-password is 87100629abcdef.(PIN followed after Image-password at this time)

(87100629 is for example, numbers picked from the matrix according to Image-password and "abcdef" is PIN.)

Reminder

• A matrix is effective for 5 minutes.
• Reload the page, if 5 minutes or more passed after the matrix is displayed.

Form of password

The password consists of PIN (fixed characters) and Image-password (location in the matrix).

Setup your password according to the following rules;

• PIN (fixed characters)
  • It must be 4 or more characters long.
  • It must be numeric characters, alphabetic characters (case-sensitive)

• Image-password (location in the matrix)
  • It is positions and order to choose displayed number in the matrix.
  • It must be 8 or more characters long.
  • It must choose 1 or more characters from all of blocks.
  • Easy pattern (straight) is unable to use as Image-password.
• Arrangement of PIN and Image-password
  • It can be arranged any combination.
