J-PARC Center Users Officeは、【10月3日（金）】休業となりますので、お知らせいたします。
10月3日（金）～5日（日）の期間開始にてJ-PARCへ入構予定の方は、必ず [9月30日（火）まで] に、 J-PARC PORTAL / KEK共同利用者支援システム から「J-PARC入構申込書」を提出してください。
なお、2025年度における初入構の場合は、より早めにご連絡ください。
その後、ユーザーズオフィスより入構手続きについてのメールが届きますので、必ずご確認ください。
メールが届かない場合は、10月2日（木）までに必ずお問い合わせください。
9月30日（火）までに「J-PARC入構申込書」を受理し、必要な手続きを完了された方につきましては、 入構に必要なJ-PARC User ID カード等を東海ドミトリーフロントにて受け取れるようご用意いたします。
通常通り営業します。
J-PARC Center Users Office will be closed on Friday 3rd October.
If you plan to come to J-PARC between Friday 3rd October and Sunday 5th October, please make sure to submit application forms ("Application form to visit J-PARC" and "Visit Proposal") via the J-PARC PORTAL / KEK User Support system by <Tuesday 30th September> in advance.
If this is your first visit in 2025 JFY, please submit those application forms to us much earlier.
After we confirmed your application, we will send confirmation e-mail (titled: procedures to visit J-PARC).
Provided that all necessary procedures have been done in time, you can pick up your J-PARC user ID card (and other items)
at Tokai Dormitory on your first day of visiting J-PARC.
Tokai Dormitory opens on Friday 3rd October as usual.
