2025/06/26　2025年夏期休業のお知らせ

J-PARC Users Officeの夏季休業は　【8月12日(火)から8月15日(金)まで（4日間）】　となります。

◆　ご注意ください　◆

8月9日(土)～17日(日)の期間開始 にJ-PARCへ入構予定の方は必ず、
8月6日(水)までに、J-PARC PORTAL / KEK共同利用者支援システム から「J-PARC入構申込書」を提出してください。 初めての入構の場合は、もっと早めにご連絡ください。

その後、ユーザーズオフィスより受け取り方法についてのメールが届きますので、必ずご確認ください。
メールが届いていない場合は、ユーザーズオフィスが休暇に入る前に必ずお問い合わせください。
受理した方につきましては、入構に必要なJ-PARC User ID カード等を、東海ドミトリーフロントにて受け取れるようご用意いたします。

2025/06/26　Summer holiday 2025

Users Office will be on summer holidays from Tuesday 12th August to Friday 15th August (4 days).

Important notice:If you plan to come to J-PARC between Saturday 9th August and Sunday 17th August, please submit 'Application form to visit J-PARC' via the J-PARC PORTAL / KEK User Support system by Wednesday 6th August.
* Friday 11th August is National Holiday 'Mountain Day'.

If this is your first visit, it is recommended to contact us much earlier.

Please make sure to confirm message from Users Office about the procedure to visit J-PARC.
If you haven't received the email, you may have to contact us before the holidays.

J-PARC User ID Card and other items for entering J-PARC would be prepared at the reception of Tokai Dormitory.

Tokai Dormitory opens as usual.
