2018/07/20　2018年夏期休業のお知らせ

J-PARC/KEKつくばキャンパス 夏期一斉休業中の対応について(PDF)

 

1. 8月11日(土)～15日(水) はJ-PARCの一斉休業となります。
   休業： Users Office、J-PARC及び JAEA各施設、KEK業務連絡バスは運休
2. 東海ドミトリーは通常通り営業します。
   
3. 〔予定〕J-PARC利用者支援システムの保守の為、全ての方(KEK共同利用者支援システム利用者含む）のオンライン安全教育動画の視聴が出来ません。
4. 夏期休業期間中の入構予定者
   8月11日(土)～16日(木)午前9時まで にJ-PARCへ入構予定の方は必ず、
   8月6日(月)までに、利用者支援システムから「J-PARC入構申込書」を提出してください。
   提出のあった方につきましては、入構に必要なJ-PARC User ID カード等を、東海ドミトリーフロントにて受け取れるよう手配いたします。
5. KEK共同利用者支援システムがメンテナンスを実施するため、接続が不安定になります。
   8月4日(土)9：00〜5日(日)20：00
6. KEKつくばキャンパス停電及び断水（8月3日(金)～5日(日)）についてはKEK Users Office WEBサイトをご覧ください。

J-PARC/KEK Tsukuba summer holida

1. Users Office will be closed due to summer holidays from 11th August Sat. to 15th August Wed. Users Office and J-PARC and JAEA on-site facilities will be closed. KEK shuttle bus (between J-PARC and KEK Tsukuba) will not run.
2. Tokai Dormitory opens as usual.
   
3. Due to J-PARC User Support System maintenance, "on-line safety video" will not be available to watch. This will affect not only to J-PARC User Support System users but also KEK User Support System users.
4. Please note that users who are planning to come to J-PARC during the period from 11th August Sat. to before 9：00 a.m. 16th (Thu) need to submit 'Application form to visit J-PARC' via the User Support System by the Monday of 6th August and J-PARC User ID card and other items for entering J-PARC would be ready at the reception of Tokai Dormitory.
5. Due to KEK User Support System(KRS) maintenance, the internet connection to KRS may often breaks between 9:00 a.m. Saturday 4th August and 8:00 p.m. Sunday August 5th.
6. Electric Power and Water Supply Cut Off on KEK Tsukuba-Campus includes Tskuba Dormitory (August 3-August 5). Please refer the general announcement at following URL. KEK UsersOffice website
