2017/06/30 7月のJ-PARCを含む原科研全域の停電に伴う影響について
7月12日(水)～13日(木)、15日(土)～16日(日)にJ-PARCを含む原科研全域の停電が予定されています。対象エリアには、IQBRC、 東海1号館、東海ドミトリーも含まれます。
この停電に伴い、各建屋での断水が発生し、さらに利用者支援システムの停止、
J-PARC個人線量計（OSLバッジ）の発行停止の影響もございます。
詳細は、下記の通りです。
ご不便をおかけしますが、ご理解・ご協力をお願い申し上げます。
1. 停電・断水・J-PARCネットワーク（JLAN）: 7月12日～13日、15日～16日
- 7月12日～13日、15日～16日にJ-PARCの停電が予定されています。
*IQBRC、東海1号館、東海ドミトリーを含む - J-PARC基幹ネットワーク (JLANair2、userlan、GWLAN)は15日8:00から16日17:00まで停止します。
- 期間中、本サイトへはアクセスできなくなりますので、ご了承ください。

2. 利用者支援システム停止について
システム保守に伴い、下記の予定でJ-PARC利用者支援システムが停止いたします。
（KEK共同利用者支援システムは通常どおり稼働いたします。）

3. J-PARC個人線量計（OSLバッジ）の発行停止について
停電に伴い、7月11日（火）～7月18日（火）の期間中、個人線量計（OSLバッジ）の新規登録/発行ができません。当該期間中から線量計使用をご予定している方（今年度初入構の方）は、 7月7日（金）までにユーザーズオフィスへ「認定登録依頼書兼管理区域立入許可願」及び「J-PARC入構申込書」をご提出下さい。
2017/06/30 Electric Outage at J-PARC Site, shutdown of J-LAN network service and J-PARC User Support System in July.
Electric Outage at J-PARC/JAEA Site (includes IQBRC, Tokai #1 Bldg. and Tokai Dormitory) is scheduled on July 12th, 13th, 15th and 16th. Due to this maintenance work, water supply will be cutoff and also J-PARC network service and phone call (PHS and wired phone) will not be available. New issue of J-PARC dosimeter will be stopped from July 11th to 18th. Please read the details below.
We ask for your kind understanding and cooperation.
1. Electric Outage at J-PARC/JAEA Site is scheduled on July 12th, 13th, 15th and 16th.
- J-LAN network service including JLANair2/userlan/GWLAN is to be shut down from 8:00 a.m. on 15th to 5:00 p.m. on 16th.
- House phone and wired phone are not to be available.
- Mobile phone and public pay phone are not to be affected.
- The access to this website may not be possible.
- IQBRC, Tokai #1 Bldg. and Tokai Dormitory are included.

2. J-PARC User Support System shutdown
Due to maintenance work, J-PARC User Support System will be shut down from July 14th (Fri) 5:00 p.m. to 18th (Tue) 9:00 a.m...
KEK User Support system operates as usual.
3. New issue of J-PARC Dosimeter is not available from July 11th (Tue) to July 18th (Tue) due to Electric Outage.
Users who need to use a dosimeter from Jul.11 to Jul.18 and this is the first time to visit J-PARC in this Japanese Fiscal Year (JFY2017) are appreciated to submit 'Radiation Worker Registration Form 2017' and 'Application form to visit J-PARC' by July 7th (Fri).
