2017/04/19 ゴールデンウィーク休業のお知らせ

 

4月29日(土)～30日(日)、5月3日（水）～7日(日)はゴールデンウィークの為ユーザーズオフィスは休業します。

期間中に入構希望方は、4月25日(火)までに 利用者支援システムから「J-PARC入構申込書」を提出してください。

事前にご連絡をいただいた方につきましては、入構に必要なJ-PARC User ID カード等を、
東海ドミトリーフロントで受け取れるよう手配いたします。

2017/04/19 UO office closed during Golden Week (April 29 - May 7) in Japan

Users Office will be closed in two long weekends: (1) from April 29 (Sat) to April 30 (Sun) and (2)from May 3 (Tue) to May 7 (Sun).

Users who plan to visit J-PARC during Golden Week (or those long weekends) are requested to submit "Application form to visit J-PARC" via the User Support System by April 25 (Tue). Upon your request, you can receive J-PARC user ID card and other necessary items for entering J-PARC at the reception Tokai Dormitory.
