2014/04/15 ゴールデンウィーク休業のお知らせ

 

4月26日(土)～27日(日)、4月29日（火）、5月3日(土)～6日(火)はゴールデンウィークの為ユーザーズオフィスはお休みです。

期間中に入構する必要のある方は、上記休業日の前営業日午後1：00までに
利用者支援システムからJ-PARC入構申込書を提出していただくか、ユーザーズオフィスにご連絡ください。

事前にご連絡をいただいた方につきましては、入構に必要なJ-PARC User ID カード等を、
JAEA原子力科学研究所の正門で受け取れるよう手配いたします。

休業期間中の情報は随時更新いたします。

2014/04/15 UO office dates during Golden Week (April 26 - May 6) in Japan

During Golden Week from April 26 (Sat) to May 6 (Tue), Users Office will be closed in two long weekends: (1) from April 26 (Sat) to April 27 (Sun), (2)April 29 (Tue) and (3) May 3 (Sat) to May 6 (Tue).

Users who plan to come to J-PARC during Golden Week (or those long weekends) are requested to complete the visiting procedures through the USS or email your visiting schedule to Users Office by 13:00 on the day before holiday in JST. Upon your request, you can receive J-PARC user ID card and other necessary items for entering J-PARC at the main gate of JAEA.

We expect to update this document accordingly as new information and fixes are available.
