2014/02/20 H26年度ユーザーIDカードの年度更新、ガラスバッジの発行手続きについて

現在発行されている平成25年度のユーザーIDカード(IDカード番号がH25で始まるもの: 例)H25-xxxxx)およびガラスバッジは、平成26年3月31日をもって有効期限が切れます。

2014/02/20 Annual renewal of current User ID Card and Glass Badge

J-PARC User ID Cards with number starting from H25- issued during Japanese fiscal year (JFY) 2013 (1st April 2013- 31st March 2014) and current Glass Badge will expire on 31st March 2014.
