During Golden Week from April 27 (Sat) to May 6 (Mon), Users Office will be closed in two long weekends: (1) from April 27 (Sat) to April 29 (Mon) and (2) May 3 (Fri) to May 6 (Mon), but the User Support System (USS) will operate as usual.

Users who plan to come to J-PARC during Golden Week (or those long weekends) are requested to complete the visiting procedures through the USS or email your visiting schedule to Users Office by 13:00 on April 26 (Fri) or May 2(Thu) in JST. Upon your request, you can receive
J-PARC user ID card and other necessary items for entering J-PARC at the main gate of JAEA.
