2012/12/14 年末年始のユーザー対応について

J-PARCは、12月29日(土）から1月3日(木)まで、年末年始休業となります。
そのため、12月29日(土)〜1月7日(月)に入構する必要のある方は、12月26日(水)17:00までに利用者支援システムから「J-PARC入構申請書」を提出してください。
事前に「J-PARC入構申込書」を提出された方は、年末年始休業期間中もJAEA原子力科学研究所の正門で、入構に必要なJ-PARCユーザーIDカード等を受け取れるようご用意いたします。

なお、休業期間中は正門が閉鎖されておりますので、正門脇のインターホンで警備員に用件を伝えて入構してください。
入構後は警備室に立ち寄り、ご自身の身分証明書を提示して入構手続き（用件・氏名・連絡先を用紙に記入）を行ってからJ-PARCユーザーIDカード他をお受け取りください。
　　　　　　　　
既にJ-PARCユーザーIDカード、車両通行証をお持ちの方も、入構時には身分証明書の提示と入構手続きをしてください。同乗者の方も同様です。

2012/12/14　Year-end/New-year holidays at J-PARC

Users Office is going to close our office during the New Year holidays starting on December 29th (Sat) to January 3rd, 2013 (Thu).
If you need to enter the J-PARC site during the period from December 29th, 2012 (Sat) to January 7th, 2013 (Mon), you are requested to submit "Application form to visit J-PARC" via User Support System by 17:00 of December 26th, (Wed) (JST).
Once you do so, we will leave your User ID card at the JAEA guard office at the main gate ahead of your visit during New Year holidays.

The main gate will be also closed during the period, but you can enter the J-PARC site through a side door at the main gate.
Please specify a reason of your visit to a guard via an intercom at the door. And then, you must stop by at the guard's office to show your Photo ID to receive a J-PARC User ID card and fill in the registration form.
If you come by car, a car driving permission pass will be also issued, and each passenger in the car needs to show his/her own User ID card.
