2012/07/12 夏期休業のお知らせ

8月13日(月)〜15日(水) はJ-PARCの一斉休業、8月15日(水)〜17日(金)はKEKつくばキャンパスの一斉休業となるため、
ユーザーズオフィスの休業期間、利用者支援システムの停止期間があります。
詳細はこちらをご覧ください。

また、8月11日(土)〜16日(木) に入構する必要のある方は、8月8日(水)までに
利用者支援システムから入構申請を提出していただくか、ユーザーズオフィスにご連絡ください。

事前にご連絡をいただいた方につきましては、入構に必要なJ-PARC User ID カード等を、
JAEA原子力科学研究所の正門で受け取れるよう手配いたします。

なお、当該期間における各施設の対応につきましては、受入れ担当者にご確認ください。


2012/07/12 Summer holiday

Users Office will be closed and the User Support System will be shutdown associated
with J-PARC Center and KEK summer holiday.

J-PARC Center holiday (Includes Users Office) : Aug. 13- 15, 2012
KEK Tsukuba Campus holiday: Aug. 15 - 17, 2012

Users who would come to J-PARC during the period from Aug.11 to 16 are requested either to
complete visiting procedures beforehand to work at J-PARC via the User Support System or
inform Users Office via e-mail by Aug.8.

J-PARC user ID card and other items for entering J-PARC would be ready at main gate of JAEA.

Please ask your contact person about the details of each facility entering permission during the above period.
