Users who would come to J-PARC during the period from April 28 to May 6 are requested either to
complete visiting procedures beforehand to work at J-PARC through the User Support System or
inform Users Office by e-mail by 17:00, on April 27(Fri) or May 2(Wed), Japan time.
J-PARC user ID card and other items for entering J-PARC would be ready at main gate of JAEA.
Please ask your contact person about the details of entering permission each facility during above period.
