1月17日(月)から利用開始となる東海ユーザー宿泊施設(通称:東海ドミトリー)の予約受付を開始いたしました。

• 利用開始日: 平成23年1月17日(月)
• 予約方法: 利用者支援システムからの電子申請
• 宿泊室数: 49室(うち1室はバリアフリー対応)
• 共通設備: ラウンジ、補食室、洗濯室(男女別)、自動販売機　等
• 宿泊料金: 2,500円/泊
• 支払方法: 現金、クレジット・デビットカード、銀行振込、旅費相殺(KEKユーザー)
  ※フロントでの支払い（土日含む）も可能。

The reservation of Tokai Users Dormitory (Tokai Dormitory) which will be opened from Jan. 17th has been started.

• How to book: Apply from User Support System (both KEK and J-PARC user support system)
• Number of rooms: 49 rooms (single room only, including 1 barrier-free room)
• Common utilities : Lounge, dining room with kitchen, Vending machines, Laundry (separate for males and females) etc.
• Room rate: 2,500 yen/night
• How to pay : Cash, Credit cards, Bank transfer, Setting off travel expenses and accommodation fees (KEK accepted users only)
