J-PARC Center Users Officeは、日本原子力研究開発機構（JAEA）の創立記念休業日に伴い、【10月2日（金）】は休業となりますので、お知らせいたします。
10月2日（金）～4日（日）の期間開始にてJ-PARCへ入構予定の方は、必ず[9月29日（火）まで] に、 J-PARC PORTAL / KEK共同利用者支援システム から「J-PARC入構申込書」を提出してください。
なお、2026年度における初入構の場合は、より早めにご連絡ください。
その後、ユーザーズオフィスより入構手続きについてのメールが届きますので、必ずご確認ください。
メールが届かない場合は、10月1日（木）までに必ずお問い合わせください。
9月29日（火）までに「J-PARC入構申込書」を受理し、必要な手続きを完了された方につきましては、 入構に必要なJ-PARC User ID カード等を東海ドミトリーフロントにて受け取れるようご用意いたします。
通常通り営業します。
The J-PARC Center Users Office will be closed on Friday, October 2, due to the JAEA Foundation Day holiday.
If you are planning to enter J-PARC during the period from October 2 to 4, please submit the “Application Form to Visit J-PARC” and “Visit Proposal” via the [ J-PARC PORTAL ] / [ KEK User Support system ] by Tuesday, September 29.
For those making their first visit to J-PARC in FY2026, please contact us as early as possible. After your application is received, the Users Office will send you an email with information on the entry procedures. Please be sure to check this email.
If you do not receive the email, please contact us by Thursday, October 1.
For users whose “J-PARC Entry Application Form” has been received by September 29 and who have completed all required procedures, J-PARC User ID cards and other items required for entry will be prepared for pickup at the Tokai Dormitory front desk.The Tokai Dormitory will remain open as usual.
